With the developer you sign a commitment of several years. These are the minimum checks.
Quick list
- Earlier projects completed and visitable.
- Actual handover dates against promised ones.
- Registered project and RERA-regulated escrow account.
- Contract that is clear on delays, changes and assignment.
- How they manage the building and defects after handover.
If something does not add up, do not reserve yet. We will help you review it.
