There is no best area for everyone. It depends on what you are looking for. These are the criteria we use to compare.
Criteria for comparing
- Connectivity: access to roads, metro, airport and the centre.
- Amenities: schools, shops, parks, beach, offices.
- Future supply: how many more units will be built nearby.
- Rental demand and tenant profile.
- Whether it is a freehold area for foreigners.
Established areas, such as Business Bay or Downtown, have more rental history. New areas under development can offer lower entry prices, but with more uncertainty. We share real transaction data for each one.
